Ollama adds annual billing option to Pro plan at $200/year
Ollama’s Pro plan now has an annual option — $200/year saves you two months compared to paying monthly.
Ollama has added an annual billing option to its Pro plan. At $200 per year, it works out to two months free compared to the $20 monthly rate.
For those unfamiliar, Ollama’s local model runner remains free and unlimited regardless of plan — you can download and run open-source models on your own hardware without spending anything. The Pro and Max cloud plans are separate, giving subscribers fast, managed access to the newest open models without needing the hardware to run them locally.
Pro is positioned for day-to-day work — RAG pipelines, document analysis, and coding tasks. The current model lineup includes Nemotron-3-Super, Kimi K2.5, MiniMax M2.7, GLM-5, and GPT-OSS, with built-in support for OpenClaw, Claude Code, and other major coding tools. The Max plan, aimed at heavier sustained usage like coding agents and batch processing, remains at $100 per month with no annual option announced yet.
- Pro monthly: $20/month
- Pro annual: $200/year — effectively $16.67/month
- Max: $100/month, monthly only for now
